I had it as Jennett Avenue. I seem to recall it was in the southern section of Staten Island.
I can’t find a Jennett Ave on SI, however I’m thinking of Jewett Ave near Castleton Ave is where this may have been on the north shore. Do you remember a bus garage near there?

Ahhhh, Weissglass Stadiium. I was there once and had a great time. I don’t remember this diner but I do remember Pappy’s in Pt. Richmond and my favorite, Tina’s on Victory.
It was Jewett Ave. it was my great Aunt and Uncles diner

it was certainly was on Jewett ave. & Richmond terrace , near memoly motors [dodge dealer] i was a new car prep helper at PALMA FORD 1953-1954. on castleton ave. & rector street .i went to WOOPSIE’S to order coffee ham & eggs for approx. 65 employee’s . when it was so busy viola & woopsie would to go at it . saw viola go after joe [ woppsie ] IOUSE w/ a kitchen knife . JOE was a car fanatic had a CADDY BARITZ & a STUDEBAKER GOLDEN HAWK . the good old days . tony
